Vittoria Universal Tubeless Tire Sealant

Vittoria's Universal Tubeless Tire Sealant takes a fresh approach to serving the needs of riders, no matter which type of bike they ride. The simple fact is this; tyres are not all the same, and neither are sealants. Since the sealant performance is dependent on the formula, at Vittoria, we wanted to develop an ammonia-free sealant that could be used across the spectrum of road tyres, gravel tyres as well as mountain bike tyres. The challenge of course was to meet the requirements of each tire type in terms of sealing speed and effectiveness. For instance, road tyres work with low volume and high pressure, while mountain bike tyres work with high volume and low pressure. In the middle you have Gravel, which involves both road and off-road riding.

The secret to Vittoria’s Universal Tubeless Tire Sealant is in the liquid base, which is thin enough to find and seal even the smallest punctures quickly and effectively. Suspended within that base are platelets, which clog together to seal larger punctures, providing the user with protection on any size puncture, and on any type of bike. In fact, during testing, Vittoria’s new sealant sealed punctures up to 7 mm instantly, and provided excellent air retention up to 1200km.

The formula is ammonia free, which prevents the sealant from damaging the tyre, and makes it suitable for use in combination with tyre inserts such as Air-Liner. Vittoria's Universal Tubeless Tire Sealant comes in 80ml, 150ml, 250ml, 500ml and 1000ml formats to meet single-use applications as well as workshops’ needs. The smaller sized bottles provide a Presta valve core tool, and threaded lid cap for easy application through the valve. All bottles feature graduated numbers and a transparent window to show the volume used.

Applied trhough a Presta valve stem or directly into the tyre.

Recommended top up through the valve every 3-5 months or over 1200 km.

Can be air-shipped safely.

Won't freeze up to -15°C.

Compatible with CO2. However, a direct blast of CO2 into the liquid is not ideal.

Compatible with latex inner tubes.
